Localizada en el centro histórico de Puebla, una ciudad colonial (patrimonio de la humanidad UNESCO) en el camino entre la Ciudad de México y Oaxaca, a un costado de la iglesia de San Francisco. En el siglo XIX, este edificio albergaba una estación de tratamineto de aguas. Desde 2007 es un hotel,en el que un purismo de lineas puras continúa dominándolo todo. Los arquitectos Ricardo y Víctor Legorreta reutilizaron piedras y madera de la construcción original y las completaron con cristal,acero y ónix.

Nos encanta el contraste de los sofàs de lineas rectas color violeta con la rusticidad del suelo de piedra y el revestimiento de la madera reciclada. Efecto que se repite también en el restaurante, con la utilización de grandes mesas de madera envejecida y sillas de cuero de estilo contemporáneo.
